America’s favorite BB gun is getting a patriotic makeover.
Daisy Outdoor Products has unveiled three limited-edition Red Ryder models to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary, and collectors will want to move fast. Two commemorative lever-action carbines will be limited to just 250 guns each, while a matching Red Ryder Revolver will have a production run of 1,776.
The new lineup pays tribute to America’s Semiquincentennial with patriotic engravings and nods to both the Declaration of Independence and the Second Amendment.
The two commemorative Red Ryder Carbine Lever Action rifles each feature unique markings. One is engraved with “Freedom” on the buttstock, while the other bears the word “Liberty.” Both also include the inscription:
“Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
That engraving stretches across the forearm, blending two of America’s most recognizable founding principles onto one of its most iconic BB guns.
Only 250 of each version will be produced.
Daisy is also releasing a 250th Anniversary Red Ryder Revolver, a CO2-powered BB pistol based on its popular backyard plinker.
The revolver features:
- CO2-powered action
- 18-round BB reservoir
- Single-action operation
- Functioning hammer
- Working loading gate
- Functional extractor
- Crossbolt safety
The commemorative model also includes a special 250th Anniversary medallion embedded into both grip panels, along with the engraving:
“…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
Production of the revolver is capped at 1,776 units. A fitting number for a firearm honoring America’s founding.
Like several other manufacturers this year, Daisy is joining the growing wave of companies celebrating the nation’s 250th birthday with limited-production collectibles. From engraved lever guns and 1911s to commemorative revolvers and now America’s most famous BB gun, 2026 is shaping up to be a banner year for patriotic firearms.
All three commemorative Red Ryder models will be sold exclusively through Daisy’s website while supplies last. Learn more HERE.
