America’s 250th birthday is still days away. But Henry Repeating Arms is already in the celebrating mood.
The Wisconsin gunmaker has begun shipping its new America’s 250th Anniversary Tribute Edition Collection, a trio of lever guns dressed up in plenty of red, white, and blue.
If you’re a fan of lever actions and American history, these are hard to ignore.
The collection includes two H001 .22 rifles—one full-size and one youth model—along with a beefy H010 chambered in .45-70 Government. Every rifle shares the same patriotic look, featuring a waving American flag in full-color Cerakote on a nickel-plated receiver, Fancy-grade American walnut furniture, a polished nickel buttplate, and a silver-filled “250” anniversary logo engraved into the stock.
Every firearm we build is a testament to our love of this country,” said Henry Founder and CEO Anthony Imperato in a press release obtained by GunsAmerica. “The lever-action was designed here over 160 years ago, and it has never stopped being a part of the American story.”
The full-size rimfire is built on Henry’s proven Frontier platform with a 20-inch octagon barrel, adjustable sights, a large-loop lever, and a 16-round capacity of .22 LR.
Looking for something a little handier?
The Youth Model carries the same patriotic finish but trims things down with a 16.5-inch barrel and a lighter, more compact profile while still holding 13 rounds of .22 LR.
Then there’s the big boy.
The H010 America 250 Tribute Edition is chambered in the classic .45-70 Government cartridge and features a nickel-plated hardened brass receiver, a 22-inch octagon barrel, a large-loop lever, sling swivel studs, and an optics-ready receiver. It feeds four rounds and looks every bit like a rifle built to commemorate a milestone.
Henry has released plenty of collectible lever guns over the years, but this trio feels especially fitting. The lever action is one of America’s most recognizable firearm designs. So celebrating the country’s 250th anniversary with three special editions just makes sense.
The America’s 250th Anniversary Tribute Edition Collection is shipping now through Henry dealers nationwide. If these rifles catch your eye, don’t wait too long. Commemorative Henrys have a habit of disappearing into collections pretty quickly.
