Radian Weapons Steps up to Support Kids S.A.F.E.

The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation in Oregon has been teaching important gun safety and marksmanship to youth for a decade. Radian Weapons recently made a generous donation to support the organization.

Last month Kids S.A.F.E. announced that Radian generously pledged to support the youth-oriented organization by donating a rifle. Derek LeBlanc, the president of Kids S.A.F.E. recently reached out to say the organization just received the rifle and is excited to put it to use in training young firearm enthusiasts.

“The Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting firearm safety education for children, families, and communities,” the Foundation’s about us page says. “Through structured training programs and community outreach, the Foundation emphasizes accident prevention, responsible behavior, and safe gun handling practices.”

In 2025, Radian partnered with the Foundation in supporting them and this latest donation is greatly appreciated by the organization.

The Foundation’s June 3 release states:

As part of this partnership, Radian Weapons has generously donated both a 10.5” Model 1 pistol and a 14.5” Model 1 rifle to support the Foundation’s ongoing mission of promoting safe, responsible firearm education for youth and families across Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Kids S.A.F.E. has celebrated many milestones over the years and here at Bearing Arms, we’re happy to cover their successes. Some of the great things we’ve seen the Kids S.A.F.E. Foundation do include bringing their message to Texas and Hawaii. In 2022, LeBlanc and his team taught a blind youth about gun safety and how to shoot.
